My favorite collaboration is back! Once again, Deidre Blair of The Three Sisters Gallery in Gorham, NH, and I have created a delicious winter roast in a beautiful printed tin can with a one-way valve for freshness. We chose the organic Honduras regional Gea blend from the coffees of more than 400 women coffee farmers to fill the cans. The blend is a washed coffee sourced from women producers in Lempira, Ocotepeque, Intibuca, Copan, La Paz, El Paraíso and Comayagua. Their farms are at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,650 meters.
 
Tasting notes of caramel, toffee, almond, apricot, & apple with smooth body & juicy acidity.
